Hello! My name is Krista Hayes and I have lived in Central Oregon my whole life, growing up in Sisters. My husband and I have 3 beautiful children. We enjoy camping, hunting, fishing and a good backyard BBQ with friends. I was a teacher for 10 years before making the switch to become an Esthetician. Making the switch from teaching to esthetics has been a very rewarding change. I love being able to put clients into a relaxed state of mind. I offer a variety of services services from facials to waxing to body treatments to lash lift and tint to brow lamination and tint.

Kayla Saulsbury
Hey all! I am a born and raised country girl here in Central Oregon. I started my journey as a hairstylist in 2017. With a passion for making my clients feel beautiful and providing the best knowledge and care, I am constantly striving to grow in my services and relationships. As a stylist, I specialize in blonding services, color, cuts and extensions. Jessica Hedges
Jessica started on her path as a hairstylist in 1997. She is a Goldwell color specialist and always strives to stay current with trends and continuing education. Over the past 25 years as a stylist, she has been a hair color educator, bridal stylist, and salon owner. In that time, she has pursued other careers but has never let go of her passion as a stylist and has continued to work behind the chair through it all. She is excited to join the team at Salon Bliss.

Christine Davis
Hello! My name is Christine and I have lived in Central Oregon since 2014. I was raised on a wheat ranch in a small farm community so I am a country girl at heart. I met my amazing husband at NNU and we have been together for almost 20 years! God has blessed us with three wonderful girls who enjoy dance, swimming, sports, and 4-H! We also love camping, hiking, biking, cooking, watching movies, crafting, riding horses, going to church, working on house projects, having friends over, and spending time with family. I have been passionate about hair since I was a kid and knew from an early age that is what I wanted to do. I am fortunate to say "I love my job!" I graduated from Oliver Finley Academy of Cosmetology in Boise, Idaho, and received my license in 2007. I feel it is important to keep up with the new trends and have attended many hair classes in Boise, Portland, Las Vegas, and Bend. I love the artistic/creative side of hair and the relationships I build with my clients. I am a perfectionist and confident in doing most haircuts and color.

Alexa Maldonado
Hi, I am Alexa and I started my career as a Hairstylist and Esthetician in 2017. I am originally from Dundee Or, and am ecstatic about my relocation to Redmond! I specialize in balayage, blonding techniques, and color services. I also provide facial waxing and eyelash extensions. My clients can trust me because I always explain the full process before each appointment, and the health and integrity of your hair and lashes is my first priority. I strive to create custom and dimensional color individual to each client's hair ambitions. When I’m not working I’m usually playing and exploring with my son Tatum, exercising with friends, connecting with other moms, or eating at a good restaurant. Liliya Barss
Liliya has been licensed in hair styling and aesthetics since 2010. She has a passion for her work. Liliya is detail oriented and prides herself on adjusting to the life style, face shape, age and individual needs of her clients. Keeping up with trends and continuing education is important to her. Liliya uses a variety of different cut and color techniques, including balayage, ombre and corrective color. Being an aesthetician she can also help her clients with facial waxing. Laura Drayton
A self-professed massage nerd, Laura's passion for working alongside people to restore balance to their body and helping overcome their pain and restrictions is obvious. She initially received her education from Sage School of Massage in Bend, Oregon in 2013 and has since traveled far and wide honing specific skills to tailor a massage just for you. She is a fervent lifelong learner and continues to develop her skills. Her style can be described as highly knowledgeable and skilled empathetic treatment work focused on movement,injury, and overuse patterns. Techniques include: Deep Tissue, Force Line work, Myofascial Release, Prenatal Support, Sports Massage, Trigger Point, Cupping, and Neurokinetic Therapy. She is also an affiliate with the Department of Dermatology at OHSU as a member of their #SkinCrew. Skin cancer is on the rise, and it is uncommonly high in Oregon. There are very few professions that see as much skin up close as massage therapists. Because she has training in early detection of melanoma, in each appointment you can rest assured she will take note of and track anything suspicious for you.
In her time away from the office, she enjoys being creative in many forms, reading/learning, and she loves spending time outdoors with her husband and two energetic boys enjoying all that Central Oregon has to offer!
